Policies and Procedures
Attendance and Refund Policy: Development within a successful leadership class takes time and commitment. Attendance and participation is absolutely crucial to your success in this amazing program, and your tuition covers the opportunity to experience the components listed above. Any absence from a class day must be approved by Executive Director Mark Eddy or Director of Programs Anne Gardner Darku. Any exception to this policy must have Board of Directors’ approval. Your attendance at the Predictive Index Session, Class Days and at least ONE 1:1 Coaching are mandatory and absence from more than ONE class day absence will disqualify you from the program. If there is an emergency (i.e., death in the family or medical reason), you are required to call Anne Gardner Darku (before the class day begins). No refund will be issued after July 29, 2022.

I understand that by checking this box, I am indicating my commitment and understanding of the LeadershipSI ELEVATE Program. I have also discussed the attendance policies with my employer who agrees to my participation in the Class of 2023.
I accept this invitation to participate in LeadershipSI’s ELEVATE program and will attend each class day in its entirety, including Retreat, Class Days, Executive Coaching and Graduation, and commit my attendance and participation. I will also submit my Predictive Index questionnaire a by July 29, 2022, and will remit payment by Friday, September 29th, 2022.
