Get to Know Lenae
Lenae Price, President and Founder of Mindset Collaborative, has 18 years of experience operating in fast-paced non-profit environments and coaching team members, boards, and volunteers through complex challenges. She’s studied psychology, emotional intelligence, and communication and earned her master’s degree in HR and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville. As a trained coach, facilitator, and employee relations consultant, Lenae provides strategic and tactical guidance to nonprofit and for-profit organizations.
She has successfully collaborated with top-level executives, legislators, community representatives, and specialists in most major industries Some of her clients include YUM! Brands, Humana, Brown-Forman, Papa John’s Pizza, Fifth Third Bank, Merrill Lynch, Presbyterian Homes and Services, The United Way, Leadership Southern Indiana, as well as many hospital systems across the country.
Lenae has a proven track record from coast to coast, earning double- and triple-digit percentage increases in revenue, engagement, and overall participation. Her personal mission statement is “to inspire and be inspired”.
