Our Team

A West Virginia native, Mark Eddy has worked in executive roles with many nonprofits (including private Christian education, the Red Cross and the YMCA)before joining Leadership Southern Indiana in August 2010 as their first full-time Executive Director.  In March 2019 his role changed to President/CEO to align with the community engagement and growth of the organization.
 
In his 12 years at Leadership Southern Indiana, Mark has transformed the organization from a one program organization to a suite of generational professionals-in-development programs while diversifying funds to accommodate the growing organization. Mark is also dedicated to community service and has served on many nonprofit boards and committees.
 
Mark has an AA Degree in Business Administration, a BS in Sports Management, and has received certification in fund raising from the IU School of Fund Raising and a certification in DISC facilitation from Cloverleaf.
 
Mark and his wife, Jan, have four adult sons and three grandchildren.  He values time with his family, but is also actively involved in his church and spends time training his two Golden Retriever, Sawyer and Henry.

Outside of work, Mark pours himself into the following projects/groups/programs :  "I really enjoy doing home improvement projects.  We invest in programs that support children and helps make our community a better place to live, work and play.  I also enjoy training my two Golden Retrievers."

"Board of Directors and executive board for Southern Indiana Pride Festival where I serve as the chair of our Chair of the Development Committee. I am one of the Public Art Commissioners for the Jeffersonville Public Art Commission. I'm also on the board of Directors for the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana."

Hannah graduated from Scottsburg High School and attended Indiana Southeast University. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing and professional sales and a minor in communications; she is now starting her career with Leadership Southern Indiana! 
 
 
Favorite Sports Team: I love watching all sports, especially basketball. Indiana Hoosier basketball

Outside of work Hannah enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, doing photography and working out. 
 

Jesse graduated from New Albany High School and then moved to New York City to pursue on camera acting, stand up comedy as well as improv comedy. Later, he returned back to Southern Indiana and earned a Bachelors in Communication from IU Southeast. That led to a decade as a morning radio show host in the Kentuckiana market.
