Three years after the start of the Covid pandemic, businesses are open and operating, but many are very different than before. Employers are seeing a paradigm shift in employee expectations and needs, the financial and regulatory environments in which they operate, and how business is transacted. Educators are seeing shifts in expectations around attendance and student engagement. Healthcare workers face increased scrutiny, distrust, and burnout.
